Meet the Team!

Frances Valle:

Frances is our therapy specialist and is originally from Chicago, Illinois.  She has been in Orlando for the past 4 years and has been with the clinic since its inception in April of 2006.   Frances is an all around "people person" and enjoys working with patients one on one educating them on stretching strengthening exercises.  In her effort to bring more to her patients she continues to educate herself on the importance of a heathy lifestyle.  

Frances Valle loves spending time with her two wonderful sons, Jiovanni and Darian.  While she is not assisting patients she also enjoys shopping and dining out.  She is also bilingual so she brings a latin flavor to the clinic.  If you have any questions for Frances please email her at fvalle@eowaic.com .

Michele Pagan:

Michele has been part of the team since July 2006 as the Financial Manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the insurance field and is qualified to answer or help with any questions that our patients may have.  Her responsibilities in the office include medical billing, insurance company correspondence and assisting the front desk.  Michele has an acute attention to detail and prides herself on her work ethic. 

Michele is here to make sure your treatment plan gets you the maximum benefits by making sure that she addresses all your financial concerns.  Our office is always willing to offer payment plans to ease any financial burden. 

Michele was born and raised in New York, but moved to Orlando in 2003.  She is blessed to have a supportive husband, Carlos and four enthusiatic children; Jalissa, Jesenia, Joshua and Janelle(twins).  They enjoy travleing, amusement parks, outdoor activities, movies and quality family time.

Jennifer Medina:

Jennifer, our front desk specialist here at East Orange Wellness and Injury Center, greets all of our wonderful patients as they arrive for each appointment.  Jennifer’s vibrant personality has enhanced the atmosphere for almost one year now, and she is more than happy to help with any questions or concerns that patients’ may have about their care. 

During her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach .  She has three beautiful daughters that keep her plenty busy while she’s not at work.  If you have any questions for Jennifer please email her at
